Ben, Amber, Jessy, and Daniel — all Aussies, with three now holding dual Austrian citizenship. Amber is taking a leap of faith, heading to Austria for 90 days and then under a bilateral agreement for a further 90 days and learning German to then get her visa for 2 years.

After years of battling Ben’s worsening insomnia and depression, it became a necessity. Despite trying everything — new diets, psychologists, coaching, jobs, meditation, journaling, ice baths, medication, CBD oil, exercise, affirmations — nothing has brought lasting relief. This journey is about finding a better life, a new rhythm, and hopefully, healing.

Leaving behind a cherished family home — a rural horse agistment farm stay with tiny house accommodation — this move marks a big shift.
